For the Muskingum River...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Muskingum River at Beverly.

* WHEN...From late tonight to Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Bankfull stage; Low areas right next to the river are inundated but nothing is affected. At 29.0 feet, Low areas, and farmland, camps, and a few homes are flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:45 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 21.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 29.6 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 29.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 29.4 feet on 04/06/2025. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
