Flood Warning

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Kansas, including the following counties, Kingman, Sedgwick and Sumner.

* WHEN...Until 1245 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 802 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Derby, Haysville, Mulvane, Clearwater, Belle Plaine, Conway Springs, Oxford, Norwich, Viola, Murdock, Riverdale and Wellington Airport.
