* WHAT...East winds 30 to 45 mph with gusts up to 75 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of Maui, Big Island, Molokai, and Lanai over and downwind of terrain, especially in west Maui and Kohala.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM HST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds may blow down trees and power lines and damage roofs. Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
