* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...A portion of western Maryland, including the following areas, Garrett County.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms are possible through tonight in western Maryland. While most locations will generally see less than 2 inches of rainfall, isolated locations could see up to 2 to 4 inches.
