* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of western Maryland, including the following county, Garrett.
* WHEN...Until 200 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work downstream.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 854 AM EDT, the Casselman River at Grantsville has crested and is now receding, although flooding continues. Emergency Management reports high water along the Cassleman River at Durst Road, Jennings Road, Dung Hill Road, Bittinger Road, and Maple Grove Road. - Additional showers and thunderstorms may reach the area after 11 AM. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
