* Until 1230 PM EDT.

* At 908 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding across the warned area, with numerous flooded roads. Between 2.5 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are possible.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
