* WHEN...From this afternoon until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Secondary roads are blocked. Roads near the east side of Geneva begin to flood. Some evacuations may be required and property needs to be transferred to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 10.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon and continue rising to a crest of 14.4 feet early Friday morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
