* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Wabash River near Bluffton IN.

* WHEN...From late tonight to Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Water reaching the bottom of the bridge at East River Road and 450 East. River Road and a few county roads are closed by high water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 8.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 12.4 feet tomorrow evening.
