Flood Warning

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of New Jersey, including the following counties, Burlington, Camden and Mercer and southeast Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia.

* WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 112 PM EDT, reports of minor street flooding have occurred across the I95 urban corridor. The rainfall producing this street flooding is generally less than one half an inch but is resulting from several waves of rainfall that have occurred through the day today and no ability for the runoff to drain. The street flooding is not expected to be as life threatening as the flooding that occurred this morning but does pose a threat to property. Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Quick minor street flooding will be either ongoing or could rise quickly as showers move through the warned area. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen across the storm total for today. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
