Southeastern Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania... Central Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 245 PM EDT.

* At 1044 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. Several reports of road closures have occurred in portions of Camden and Burlington counties.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

Interstate 76 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 349 and 351. Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 15 and 21. Interstate 676 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 4. Interstate 76 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 3.
