At 1032 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding in Numerous flooded roads across the warned area, with up to 5 feet of water in Cambridge City. Between 3.5 and 6.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2.5 inches are possible.
