* Until 830 PM CDT.
* At 435 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported flooded roads across Lynn Haven and Panama City. Flash flooding is already occurring. Additional rainfall is on the way.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash flooding.
SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.
IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Panama City, Lynn Haven, Panama City Beach, Callaway, Springfield, Hiland Park, Tyndall Air Force Base, Parker, Millville, Dirego Park, Cedar Grove, Magnolia Beach, Bay Harbor, Beacon Beach, St Andrews State Park, Biltmore Beach, Brannonville, Gulf Lagoon Beach, College Station and West Panama City.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
