* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 823 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen and rainfall rates of 2 to 3 inches per hour will lead to additional rainfall and increased flood potential. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
