* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of Big Bend and Panhandle Florida, including the following counties, in Big Bend Florida, Liberty. In Panhandle Florida, Bay, Calhoun and Gulf.
* WHEN...Until 1130 AM EDT /1030 AM CDT/.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1028 AM EDT /928 AM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Rainfall rates of 3 to 4 inches per hour are expected as storms linger. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Stonemill Creek, Wewahitchka, Orange, Chipola Park, Chipola Cutoff, Scotts Ferry, Kinard, Marysville, Red Hill, Lewis, Broad Branch and Jensen Place. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
