* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, The first quarter mile of Edison Avenue beyond the railroad tracks begins flooding near this height.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 13.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 15.9 feet Friday evening. It will then fall below flood stage Sunday afternoon. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
