* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following county, Kane.
* WHEN...Until 600 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage areas. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 405 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heaviest rain has ended. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. Runoff from the rain that has fallen will continue to result in areas of minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Huntley, Campton Hills, Pingree Grove, Hampshire, Elburn, Maple Park, Lily Lake, Burlington and Virgil. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
