* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage areas. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 405 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heaviest rain has ended. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. Runoff from the rain that has fallen will continue to result in areas of minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
