* WHERE...A portion of central Dona Ana County in New Mexico.

* IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 436 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms in the complex terrain northwest of Radium Springs. Arroyos in hiking areas above Broad Canyon Dam, including the Slot Canyon, are likely to become inundated. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
