* WHERE...Desert portions of south-central Dona Ana County west of the Mesilla Valley.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in arroyos and low-lying areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 601 PM MDT, Heavy rain from thunderstorms will cause flooding in desert areas west of the Mesilla Valley, likely impacting roads used for recreation around Kilbourne Hole and the Aden Crater volcanic area.
