* IMPACTS...Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 705 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated torrential rainfall due to thunderstorms. Over a half inch of rain has fallen in some areas, and rainfall rates of 1 to 1.5 inches per hour have been observed. - The thunderstorms are beginning to move steadily, which should limit flood impacts. Should they stall out or slow down, flood warnings may become necessary. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
