* WHEN...Until 215 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads and streets may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1014 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms with rainfall rates of 2 to 3 inches per hour moving into the area. Minor flooding is expected to begin shortly after the onset of rainfall. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
