At 916 PM MST, a wall of dust was along a line extending from Fountain Hills to Piestewa Peak Park to Phoenix International Raceway, moving northwest at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Less than one quarter mile visibility with strong wind in excess of 50 mph.

IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.
This includes the following highways... AZ Interstate 10 between mile markers 125 and 160. AZ Interstate 17 between mile markers 195 and 215. AZ Route 51 between mile markers 1 and 15.
Locations impacted include... Phoenix, Mesa, Glendale, Scottsdale, Tempe, Avondale, Goodyear, Apache Junction, Fountain Hills, Paradise Valley, Tolleson, Laveen, Cashion, East Mesa, and Sun City.
