At 107 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from near Kettle Creek Gorge to over Bellefonte, or along a line from 17 miles northeast of Montoursville to over Bellefonte, moving southeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.

Locations impacted include... Williamsport, Lock Haven, Jersey Shore, Lamar, Mill Hall, Avis, Dunnstown, Flemington, Duboistown, Castanea, Blanchard, Clarence, McElhattan, Monument, Waterville, Little Pine State Park, Collomsville, Mackeyville, Cogan Station and Glen Union.

This includes the following highways... Interstate 180 between mile markers 25 and 29. Interstate 80 between mile markers 165 and 187. Interstate 99 between mile markers 136 and 154.
