At 324 AM EDT, the public flash flooding across Kelleys Island. Between 7 and 13 inches of rain have fallen since late Sunday evening. Rainfall rates have decreased, with additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch possible early this morning. Flash flooding is already occurring.
