At 525 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers and thunderstorms were weakening across the area; however excessive runoff from previous heavy rainfall will continue to cause flash flooding in low lying areas. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
