* IMPACTS...Heavy rain has ended across the area. However, light to moderate rainfall early this evening, in combination with runoff from the previous heavy rainfall, will result in continued flooding of mainly larger creeks and some rivers in the warned area.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 516 PM EDT, Doppler radar and area rain gauges indicated between 5 and 8 inches of rain has fallen since midnight last night which resulted in flooding of numerous structures, vehicles, and roads. Responding officials and residents should remain vigilant tonight for lingering flooding of roads and low-lying locations. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
