* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neosho River at Oswego.

* WHEN...From late Friday night to late Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 19.5 feet, Xavier Road leading north from the river gage begins to see water near the road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 8.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Saturday morning to a crest of 20.0 feet Saturday evening. It will then fall below flood stage late Sunday evening. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
