* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 342 AM EDT, The heaviest rain has ended, but light to moderate rain continues. A few localized instances of brief heavy rain is also likely through the morning. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.3 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
