* At 435 AM EDT, Between 3 and 5.5 inches of rain have fallen from earlier showers and storms, with light to moderate showers continuing this morning. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring across the warned area.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
