White River at Elliston.

Eel River at Bowling Green.

.Rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 4 inches across much of the area is bringing minor lowland flooding to middle and lower portions of the White River basin and the East Fork White basin the Seymour area. The White should crest at Elliston Saturday morning and at Petersburg by Monday morning. Flooding may be lengthened or redevelop early in the week from moderate to heavy rainfall that is expected Sunday into Monday which is not included in the current forecasts.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...White River at Petersburg.

* WHEN...From late Friday night to Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Low bottomlands flood and flooding begins on higher bottomlands. State Road 257 may begin to flood if Shoals gage reading is over 17 feet. Private levees may be overtopped in many cases.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:30 PM EDT Thursday /11:30 AM CDT Thursday/ the stage was 9.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Saturday morning to a crest of 18.9 feet early Sunday afternoon.
