* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Callahan County in west central Texas... Southeastern Shackelford County in west central Texas... East Central Taylor County in west central Texas...
* WHEN...Until 545 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 346 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.25 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Southern Abilene, Clyde, Baird, Moran, Eula, Dudley, Potosi, Oplin, Ibex, Us-283 Near The Callahan-Shackelford County Line, Admiral and Mccarty Lake. - This includes Interstate 20 between Mile Markers 294 and 316.
