* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 943 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms with rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour. Some locations have already received multiple waves of rainfall, with additional thunderstorms moving into the area. Urban flooding of yards and roadways may begin shortly. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
