* Until 200 AM CDT.

* At 1050 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms with rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour continuing across the area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding.
