* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northeastern Pima County in southeastern Arizona...

* WHEN...Until 500 PM MST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1256 PM MST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Tucson, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Casas Adobes, Drexel Heights, Flowing Wells, South Tucson, San Xavier Community, Tucson Mountain Park, Tucson International Airport, Catalina Foothills, Valencia West, Tucson Estates, Saguaro National Park West and Ryan AirField. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 19 between mile markers 58 and 63. Route 86 between mile markers 160 and 171. Route 77 between mile markers 70 and 74. Interstate 10 between mile markers 249 and 265.
