* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 515 AM EDT, Gauge reports indicated flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Up to 2.5 inches of rain fell. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
