* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. This approaches the flood of record.

* WHERE...Wabash River near Linn Grove.

* WHEN...Until Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Secondary roads are blocked. Roads near the east side of Geneva begin to flood. Some evacuations may be required and property needs to be transferred to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 12.4 feet and rising. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 14.3 feet this evening and remain nearly steady through Saturday.
