* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southeastern Hudspeth County in western Texas...

* WHEN...Until 1230 AM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 825 PM MDT, A broad band of moderate to locally heavy rain is moving into southern Hudspeth County with localized rainfall rates of 1.50 to 2.0 inches per hour. This will result in minor flooding on area arroyos and draws in rural southern Hudspeth County tonight. Expect all low water crossings to run, affecting the River Road, Indian Hot Springs Road, Quitman Pass, Bramblett Road, and others. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
