* WHAT...Urban area and arroyo flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...El Paso County in western Texas... Northwestern Hudspeth County in western Texas...

* WHEN...Until 145 AM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 PM MDT, Another round of rainfall is moving through the El Paso area. Rainfall amounts have been moderate, generally 0.25 to 0.75 inches per hour. This may be enough to cause localized flooding in poor drainage areas, especially in the Lower Valley communities where heavier rain fell earlier. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
