* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As Tropical Depression 29W continues to organize and strengthen, likely becoming a tropical storm north of the area Friday, southwest winds of 10 to 20 knots look to increase into the 15 to 25 knot range by Saturday. Frequent gusts to 30 kt will be possible anytime from late Friday afternoon through Sunday as well. Inter-island travel is strongly discouraged during this time.
