* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, The right bank of the river overflows downstream of confluence and about 1/4 mile upstream from the gaging station.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 12.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon.
