* WHEN...Until 1130 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 825 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - A Flood Watch remains in effect through 5 AM Wednesday. Additional heavy rainfall is possible. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
