In east central Indiana, Delaware, Henry and Randolph. In north central Indiana, Carroll. In south central Indiana, Brown. In southeast Indiana, Jennings. In west central Indiana, Fountain, Montgomery, Parke, Putnam, Tippecanoe, Vermillion and Warren.
