* Until 900 AM CDT.
* At 750 AM CDT, strong thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from 27 nm southwest of Oriskany Reef to 34 nm southeast of Farewell Buoy, moving northwest at 20 knots.
HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
