* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Black Vermillion River near Frankfort.
* WHEN...Until Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Minor flooding of lowland areas occurs along the river from Vermillion to the mouth of the Black Vermillion River. At 26.0 feet, The west bank of the river floods. At 27.5 feet, Area in the vicinity of 19th Terrace and Vista Roads floods.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 22.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 26.8 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
