* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Low lands along the creek flood from Morrowville to Washington flood. At 19.0 feet, Osage Road, located 2 miles west and 1 mile north of Washington, floods.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 9.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 21.5 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow evening. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
