* IMPACTS...At 18.5 feet, Flood waters begin to impact the River Vista subdivision at 111th South Street.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 15.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early this morning to a crest of 18.3 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage this evening. - Flood stage is 16.5 feet.
