Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hazard, Whitesburg, Letcher, Jenkins, Fleming-Neon, Vicco, Blackey, Van, Jeremiah, Isom, Hot Spot, Premium, Trailer, Tillie, Sackett, David, Oscaloosa, Carbon Glow, Crown and Amelia.
