Between 2 and 4 inches of rain fell. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is imminent. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Estill, Wayland, Bolyn, Yellow Mountain, Soft Shell, Handshoe, Mousie, Vest, Larkslane, Elmrock, Betty, Porter Junction, Garret, Glo, Raven, Demo, Buck and Minnie.
