Flood Warning

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Kentucky, including the following counties, Floyd and Knott.

* WHEN...Until 630 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 317 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported that flooding continues in Mousie, Soft Shell, Wayland, and Garret. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain fell. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is imminent. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Estill, Wayland, Bolyn, Yellow Mountain, Soft Shell, Handshoe, Mousie, Vest, Larkslane, Elmrock, Betty, Porter Junction, Garret, Glo, Raven, Demo, Buck and Minnie.
