* At 614 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm producing waterspouts was located 7 nm northwest of Bowers Beach, moving east at 30 knots. A confirmed tornado near Dover is moving toward Delaware Bay.
HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.
SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado.
IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
