HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Point Conception... Santa Ynez... Solvang... and Highway 101 through Gaviota State Park.
