* WHERE...The island of Hawaii in Hawaii County...

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in streams.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 923 AM HST, Doppler radar indicated bands of moderate rain over the Big Island with the heaviest rainfall still over the Kau, Puna, and Hilo Districts. Rain was falling at a rate of around 0.5 inches per hour. Minor flooding is ongoing due to earlier bands of heavy rain associated with Hurricane Lala. Streams also remain elevated across the island. Additional bands of moderate rain are expected for the next few hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... The Big Island.
